IP65: The IPC5000 faceplate is rated IP65 permitting use in applications where it may be subjected to moisture and dust conditions.

Programs/Segments: The IPC5000 is capable of storing up to 32 programs with up to 100 segments per program with a maximum overall total of 800 segments. Ten links are offered, and each can link up to six programs.  

Universal Input: Accepts thermocouples, RTDs, current and volt linear inputs. All inputs are configurable as standard.

Universal Power Supply: The IPC5000 can operate on any line voltage from 85 Vac to 264 Vac at 50/60 Hz continuously.

Digital Inputs/Digital Outputs: Twelve points of digital inputs can be connected to non-voltage contact (relay contact) or open collector (sink current toward 0V), and they are allocated to predefined actions. Twelve digital outputs can be assigned to four different types of events (mode, alarm, time and PV).

Asynchronous/Synchronous Mode: Two independent loop controls can be performed with different programs and also be done simultaneously in one program.

Ethernet Communication: A communication link is provided between IPC5000 and a host computer or PLC via RS-485 (Modbus RTU) or Ethernet (Modbus TCP) communications option.

Heat/Cool Capability: Each control loop provides split range control with independent PID tuning constants--one for heating, one for cooling, plus mixed output forms.

PC Configuration: Free software from IPC5000 provides PC configuration and operation for real-time process monitoring.

Real-Time Clock: IPC5000 provides accurate time and makes it possible to schedule running operation.

Multi-Language Prompts: Three different languages can be selected via configuration and displayed.
